In this video I would like to present you three methods to overcome your bad day.

Method one: Release Negative Feelings
Method two: Exercising and Eating
Method three: Practicing Self Care

Now let´s take a closer look at each of these methods

Six ways to release negative feeling

Number one:
Find a quite space , take couple of deep breaths and let go

Number two:
Practice five minutes relaxation excercise

Number three:
Accept that you have a bad day. These days simply happens. Let it go. Good days will come for sure.

Number four:
Try to identify the source of your negative feelings.

Studies have shown that the simple act of putting our feelings into words can dramatically reduce the effect of those feelings.

Share your fellings with someone you trust.

Number six:
Put your bad day into a bigger perspective.

Consider how this day will matter tomorrow or next week. Ask yourself questions like
Will this day matter 5 days or 5 years from now?
